Blended memberships

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

Our blended memberships provide some degree of personalized coaching, and a training program and environment that is right for you.

You will continue to communicate with your coach regularly, and do periodic personal training sessions; however, you’ll also be more autonomous and will have access to our online studio, which offers weekly programming for you to complete at home or at a gym. That being said, your coach will always be available to you to help you navigate the program, and to provide help with nutrition and other lifestyle concerns.

Further, there are also options to add more individualized programming to the more generic programming in our online studio should you have specific goals or limitations that demand a more personalized touch. These might include, for example, upper body days, lower body days, or additional core or grunt work.

Workout types

Your blended membership will expose you to five different types of workouts, which are designed to be completely within 30 minutes, including the prescribed warm-up.

The ultimate goal of your blended membership

Is for it to consider your individual needs and meet you where you’re at, and keep you accountable and moving forward with a fitness routine that fosters long-term success. Your coach will be with 100% of the way.

Getting Started

Step 1

The first step in our intake process involves a short 15 minute consultation with your assigned coach, either in person or via Zoom.

Step 2

On Day 1, you will come in for an hour consultation. During the first 30 minutes, your coach will gather as much information about you as possible by putting you through a basic movement and mobility screening to assess how well your body moves, namely your ankles, knees, hips, elbows, shoulders and spine. Your coach will also go through your training history, injury history and current goals. During the second thirty minutes, you will get the chance to see what it will be like working with your coach, starting with experiencing what coaching is really like.

Step 3

Depending on your individual needs and goals, we will build you a in take program. For most people this will be between six to twelve 30 minute one-on-one sessions with your coach, where you will learn various movements and types of workouts, with the ultimate goal being to prepare you to graduate to your blended membership.
